Monique Monsees
Business Owner
Monique began her career in the travel industry in 1988 at Cherrybrook Travel- with its original office in the Appletree Shopping Centre, Cherrybrook. In 1991 Monique took over as owner of the agency, and in 1993 moved the agency to its current location in the Westleigh Village. With her European background it is natural that she is an expert on Europe, but her love of travel and lengthy experience means that she is a global travel expert.
Monique has travelled throughout Europe, the Pacific, South-East Asia, and West-Coast U.S; as well as extensive travel around Australia. Lately Monique has fallen in love with cruising, and loves nothing more than trying out the latest cruise ships.

Elizabeth Ellis
Travel Consultant
Elizabeth Ellis started her career in travel over 35 years ago, and has expertise in family, retail and corporate travel. as well as having taught Travel and Tourism at TAFE. Elizabeth has travelled extensively around the world, including over 10 countries in Africa and Europe, the UAE, South America, the U.S., and East and South-East Asia. Elizabeth regularly travels to Hawaii, exploring the islands and collating information on the best adventurous and cultural activities available.
Elizabeth is known for her award- nominating excellent and dedicated customer service skills, going above and beyond to support the unique needs of every client.

Jeffrey Blackney
Travel Consultant
Jeffrey progressed his career at Qantas for 30 years before transitioning into travel consulting. Jeffrey travelled extensively during his time at the airline and loves all forms of travel; from planes and trains to cruises.
Jeffrey enjoys sharing his knowledge with clients to help them plan interesting and adventurous holidays. His favourite destinations are the U.S., Canada and Japan. Most recently, he travelled on the Indian Pacific to Perth before cruising back to Sydney on the Azamara Quest.

Judy Mahoney
Travel Consultant
Judy Mahony joined Cherrybrook Travel in 2014 as a homebased consultant with over 30 years experience. Like Elizabeth, Judy has also taught at TAFE as well as having extensive experience in retail and corporate travel. Judy has travelled throughout the world, with her favourite destinations and trips including Canada and European River Cruises.

Gian Ellis
Office Administrator
Gian Ellis, daughter of Elizabeth, has grown up around the travel industry. Officially joining in 2017, Gian is the office administrator and your go-to girl for brochures, advice and travel destination ideas. She had travelled extensively around the world including cities throughout the US, Italy, France, and more than 10 cities within China including Shanghai, Hong Kong, Xian, Huangzhou and Chongqing.

Bridget Booth
Travel Consultant
Our newest consultant, Bridget, began her retail travel career in 1996 in regional New South Wales before relocating to Sydney, where she transitioned into corporate travel. Over the years, she has managed many major corporate travel portfolios, including the Football Federation Australia during the 2006 World Cup. Bridget later broadened her experience across construction and law, but her enduring love of travel has brought her back to the industry. We're thrilled to welcome her return!
