In June 2008 I headed to Macau and Hong Kong on a travel agents trip inspecting tourist sites and hotels in both cities. Whilst I loved the old Macau with its weird mix of Portugese and Chinese architecture I really loved the hustle and bustle of Kowloon. The shopping wasn’t bad either! A tip for travellers, avoid the Summer months if you don’t like humidity and it was extremely hot and humid. We also had torrential rain and storms on the last day. Here is a slideshow of some of my highlights.
